You must post your OSHA logs!! 

OSHA REQUIRES THE OSHA FORM 300 -
SUMMARY OF WORK RELATED INJURIES/ ILLNESSES
to be completed with accidents and injuries from 2008

 

  • POST in an EYE-CATCHING PLACE where notices to employees are usually placed.
  • EMPLOYERS must make sure the posted forms are NOT altered, defaced or covered.
    If you're a SANEO ALL-STAR - INJURY/ILLNESS FREE - Zeros must still be entered on the totals line and the forms must still be posted.
  • OSHA also requires the OSHA log, OSHA 300 Summary, Supplementary Record and OSHA 301 be retained in each establishment for five (5) years following the end of the year to which they relate.
